Terms of Service

Effective date: September 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Visions Talents Household Payroll Platform at payroll.visionstalents.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. About the platform

The Visions Talents Household Payroll Platform is operated by Visions Talents Ltd (TIN 156000833), a company registered in Rwanda. The platform enables household employers to manage domestic employee payroll, calculate statutory deductions, and file declarations with the Rwanda Revenue Authority through Ishema.

2. Eligibility

You may use the platform if you are a household employer based in Rwanda who is legally responsible for paying household employees and complying with applicable Rwandan tax and social security obligations.

3. Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@visionsafrica.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscription plans and fees

• Self-Service: RWF 50,000 per month. You manage your own payroll and declarations.
• Full Service: RWF 50,000 per month plus a per-employee fee. Visions Talents manages declarations on your behalf.

Accounts are activated upon confirmation of payment. Access may be suspended for non-payment.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and your employees
• Notify us promptly of any changes affecting payroll or declarations
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not share your login credentials with any third party

6. Our responsibilities

• Provide the platform services as described and maintain reasonable availability
• Apply industry-standard security measures to protect your data
• Notify you of material changes to these terms with reasonable advance notice

We are not responsible for errors arising from inaccurate information provided by the user, or for delays caused by third-party systems including the RRA Ishema portal or RSSB.

7. Intellectual property

All content, software and functionality of the platform is the property of Visions Talents Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part without our prior written consent.

8. Data protection

Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Notice, available at payroll.visionstalents.com/legal/privacy-notice. By using the platform, you confirm you have read and understood our Privacy Notice, including provisions relating to storage of personal data outside Rwanda.

9. Limitation of liability

Visions Talents Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. You may terminate your account with thirty (30) days written notice to contact@visionsafrica.com.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rwanda.
